  • Vineyard: Northern dry vineyard in the area of Dafnes in altitude 400-500 M
  • Climate: Soft rainy winter, cool summer
  • Harvest: Between 5-15 Sept
  • Attribution Acre: 700-900 kg/ha
  • Vinification:Classic rose vinification at 26ºC. Ageing for 8 months in oak barrels
  • Accompanies: Red meat, roasted and strongly flavored cheses
  • Vol: 13.5 %
  • Terrain: Calcium-clay



The production of wines derived from traditional local varieties such as Kotsifali, Liatiko, Mandilaria which are the red ones, and Vidiano, Vilana, Thrapsathiri which are the white ones.
